Product Warranty (Carry-In)
The warranty period is 6 months from the date of delivery for downlights / track lights and lighting fixtures (bulbs are excluded from warranty). The warranty is valid only if the item is properly installed, correctly operated, used under decent maintenance and if there appears a clear manufacturing defect. The order confirmation must be submitted together with your request.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, corrosion or a result of defective maintenance. The warranty does not cover either shut-down cost of production or other consequential damages.
Smart Tools pte. ltd. reserves the right to repair the item, replace with an item of a similar value or provide a refund for the item.
Product Quality Claim / Returns
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and are not to scale. Please refer to the measurements in the product description for accuracy on the product size. Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker/lighter in reality. For measurements, please allow variance +/- of 3cm. All lighting fixtures are sold without bulbs.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Customers are advised to check their item at delivery and reject any damaged item. If you did not reject any item, please contact us within 24 hours from receipt of item with supporting photos and videos.
